In order to provide even better service, from July 18, 2022, the collection of Alcor devices under warranty and for repair will change, and we will introduce the Pickup & Return service. You just indicate your need for our administration, and we will send a courier and bring the faulty device.
In the future, it is no longer possible to drop off devices in person at the pick-up points known so far.
